Lou Guit is not only Arzacq and its magnificent bastide, but it is also the culinary tradition of the duck!
The farm takes advantage of a hilly country, with a mild climate and frequent watering, which makes the cultivation of corn, the essential basis of the food of the duck which is raised on the farm, favourable.
For generations, foie gras and confit have held a great place in the gastronomy of Béarn. Our team, anxious to preserve the ancestral heritage of "duck cooking", has been sharing with you for 30 years its experience attached to tradition.
