Jean-Yves is a brewer and organic farmer. From seed to mug, he cultivates his cereals and produces truly local, artisanal beers. Our beers are neither filtered nor pasteurized to preserve their taste and quality: blonde, red, white, stout, Béarn PALE ALE, IPA. Barrels are available for special events, and the tapping machine is available on loan.
