Eglise saint Pierre

Located in the heart of the Béarn countryside, 15 minutes from Morlaàs, this magnificent little building dating from the end of the 11th and beginning of the 12th century has retained all its authenticity
Classified as a Historic Monument in its entirety in 2004, it reveals all the fantasy of Romanesque sculpture with its historiated portal. This last one represents Christ surrounded by Peter and Paul framed by small grimacing characters sitting in very animated attitudes, and representing the capital sins.
