Located in the Vic-Bilh region, in the heart of the countryside, Morgane's goats enjoy 5 hectares of woodland and pasture.
Her herd consists of two billy goats and around thirty Alpine goats, a dairy breed. Morgane wants her herd to be on a human scale. She processes the milk every day to preserve its quality, and makes artisanal, ladle-molded cheese from the whole, raw milk of her goats: petit Marius, pavé Béarnais, buchette and crottin, fresh or ripened, all plain or ashed.
