Charming family restaurant in the north east of Bearn, a few kilometers from Pau and the Madiran vineyards, where the Courbet family, with its 4 generations of experience, welcomes you in the middle of a very pleasant natural and forested landscape.
Since 1920, the dishes concocted are from local agriculture. You will find on the menu fresh homemade liver with grapes, beef cheek braised in Madiran, the traditional garbure, the duck breast in a casserole or the omelette with boletus. Be sure, your taste buds will be delighted!
