The Conchez-de-Béarn watermill is located below this small village between Lembeye and Garlin, in the Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh vineyards.
The water mill produces flour for pastries and bread, which is sold at the mill. The heir millers, from father to daughter, will show you how the mill works, with a visit to the dyke (300m away) that feeds the mill canal, and the different stages of production: from sowing the wheat to grinding it on granite millstones. This cultural heritage steeped in history will take you back to the time of the Seigneurs right up to the present day.
