In the heart of the Béarn countryside, the Pretou farm raises Regalet pigs, raised on straw, in daylight, fed with feed made on the farm from non-GMO cereals and oil cakes.
In his barn, André CANDAU offers direct sales every Friday evening: pâté, salt-free cured meats (lomo, coppa, white ham, sausage...), fresh products (chipolatas, chistorra, lomo...). He won the silver medal at the Concours Général 2020 for his sausage. He also offers Regalet foie gras from the Pretou farm, as well as eggs and cheese from other producers. Producers of fruits, vegetables, snails, chickens, Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh wines... join him on Friday evenings, for a small friendly and family "farm market". Offer a board of cold cuts thanks to the "Cochon postal"
