For more than a century, the Claüs farm has been located in the heart of Béarn, on the border of the Landes and the Gers.
The pigs are raised on straw and in the open air in the traditional way and fed up to 180 kg with cereals produced on the farm. You will find fresh pork on order, cured products (dry sausages, ventrèche, country ham) but also a whole range of cooked jars (axoa, natural or Espelette pepper pâté, Floc de Gascogne pâté, confit loin...).
Visit of the farm with explanations on the production by appointment only.
Present on the markets of Morlanne on Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning in Arzacq.
