Check-in starting at 8:45 a.m. 9:00 a.m.: Bread making. 11:00 a.m.: While the dough is rising, a walk around the farm (forest trail). 12:30 p.m.: Shared meal (the bread oven will be hot and ready for use). 2:00 p.m.: Baking the bread. 3:00 p.m.: Removing the bread from the oven. Everyone takes home their own loaf.
