On the program: Producers' and creators' market, with a variety of specialities. Food treasure hunt. Wooden games for children.
4pm: garbure workshop.
6pm: conference on food and health, led by Dr Philippe Barthélemy.
Evening: Food-Trucks-style meal. Refreshments and snacks all afternoon.
