In connection with the “A Round Trip in the Dark” festival in Pau. A former police commissioner, Jean-Marc Souvira has more than 25 years of experience in the criminal investigation division. A renowned author of crime novels, his works include *Le Magicien* (2008), *Le vent t’emportera* (2010), and *Les Sirènes noires* (2015). He also co-wrote the screenplay for the film *Go Fast*. His latest novel, *Murthy* (2025), takes us on a breathless journey into the heart of the drug trade.
