The concept? 5 chefs, 1 unique menu and 1 territory to savour!
This year, it’s harvest time in Béarn for an inspired, authentic and convivial culinary experience.
From Pontacq to Lembeye, via Nousty and Morlaàs, reserve your table and let yourself be tempted by the Tablées béarnaises experiences: an invitation to (re)discover the treasures of north-east Béarn (heritage, vineyards, leisure activities).

- Pyrenean trout gravlax with grape seed and verjuice vinaigrette
