Starting from the estate, set out on a fun and friendly gourmet walk through the vineyards—a 4-km route (2.5 to 3 hours, including breaks). With a glass slung over your shoulder, set off on a route dotted with gourmet stops: each stop reveals a new landscape and a new dish paired with wines.
At 6:00 p.m., the autumn light grows more beautiful, the heat subsides, and the tastings take on a whole new dimension. A large table set in a vineyard at sunset, then a return to the estate as the lights come on in the cellar where the new wines sparkle.
After the banquet, the estate throws open its doors for the Bal des Vivants: music, wine on tap, Pet Nat, this year’s bourrets, and a festive atmosphere in the cellar with the band Le Bal des Vivants followed by a DJ.
