7pm: visit to the Mill: history from the time of the Lords to the present day, flour milling demonstration, tour of the dike.
8pm: meal (planks of charcuterie and local cheese from local producers, bourrets, chestnuts, homemade sweets prepared by the millers and wines from the Cave de Crouseilles, typical of Madiran.
The whole event will be hosted by the millers on accordion and drums, in a 100% friendly, festive atmosphere!
