An unmissable monthly rendezvous, this is the aperitif time when Fabien and the Crouseilles winegrowers invite you to sample their selection of AOC Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh wines, along with the flavours of artisanal products from the Vic-Bilh region, every last Saturday of the month.
Laura and David CAPDEVIELLE from Monassut-Audiracq will be tasting their free-range chickens in rillettes or cooked.
They will be accompanied by Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic Bilh "Marie Maria" wines, served by Marie-Claude MURILLO, winemaker at Cadillon.
We'll also enjoy the company of Priscilla Castel from Lembeye's "La Folie des Grandeurs, À Cheval" for a horseback ride along the Chemin de la Ligne. (Label Valides Handicapés). Reservations required for horseback rides.
