Step 1 :
Take the road to St Armou, leaving the church on your left, then turn right after 400 metres and left after 500 metres onto Chemin de Frouté. After the first house, leave the tarmac road at the bend and take a path leading under the trees, then continue straight ahead northwards until you reach Chemin de la Fontaine.Step 2 :
Turn left onto the track, then left again to enter the woods on the Luy de France hillside. Follow the main track back up to the top of the hill and turn left onto the tarmac road.Step 3 :
Keep left on the tarmac road at both intersections, take the grassy path at the edge of the plateau and descend again into the woods until you reach a wide track that climbs up to the left to the top of the hill. At the junction with the tarmac road, turn right, then left onto the RD 227 and right again after the first house.Step 4 :
Stay on the small road, cross the RD 327 and turn left after the first houses in Auriac. Keep to your left to reach the edge of the fields, then take the grassy track descending towards the south-east along the cornfields. Continue straight ahead at the first crossroads, left at the next one to describe a wide curve, and turn right at the next intersection leading to the tarmac road. Back on the road, turn right for a long straight stretch to the starting point.
