Step 1 :
From Place Marcadieu, take Rue Jean Moulin and turn right onto Chemin de la Gare. Turn right onto chemin de Labourdatte, cross the D42 (be careful of traffic) and continue straight ahead on chemin de Loumagne. Turn right onto Côte de Loumagne and drive through the residential area. Turn right at a large oak tree onto a grassy track. After the stream, go up the road and turn left twice onto a track. Take the first farm track on the left (there are no signs). Cross the D42.Step 2 :
Lac du Gabassot Descend to Lac de Gabassot and walk along it on the left. When you reach the dyke, enter the woods and follow the track that runs alongside the fishing lake. Cross the road (D16) and follow the Chemin de l'Escloupé. At the end of the lane, turn right onto the D41 (watch out for traffic) and take the Chemin du Leez. Walk along the left bank and find a track after crossing the Lesté stream. At the crossroads, turn right and leave the road on the left at a farm. Find a tarmac lane and walk left to the crossroads.Step 3 :
Leave the Chemin de Daste, cross the road and turn right onto a track opposite, the Chemin du Muguet. Keep to the left on a grass track that follows the edge of the forest. When you reach a tarmac road, turn left. Cross a farm and go down to the road. Just before the plateau, turn right onto a faint path alongside a stream. Go up along the edge of the meadows on this little path, which gets lost at times. At the top of the hill, take the track to the left. Continue across the road, leaving the chemin de Moulié and heading down the chemin de Jean-Paul. After the hairpin bend, leave the steep côte de la Vieille Église and continue as far as the entrance to Garlin and Place Marcadieu.
