Vins Madiran Pacherenc Vic Bilh

Red, white or rosé, they’re the perfect accompaniment to any meal, from aperitif to dessert. Madiran is intense and generous, with notes of red and black fruits. Dry Pacherenc is fresh and highly aromatic, with notes of citrus, exotic fruit and white-fleshed fruit. The sweetness is aromatic, marked by notes of candied fruit, dried fruit and honey. To be consumed in moderation, of course…

It’s the result of a love story between a creative grandmother and a gourmet grandfather. This deliciously moist, golden, vanilla and aniseed cake from Béarn is baked in an oven dating back to 1968. More than 48 hours of work are needed to give shape to the “Rolls of Pastis”! This handcrafted delicacy is perfect for breakfast, snack or dessert.
